Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Avon and Wiltshire.

 

Hampshire, Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and the Isle of Wight.

 

Greater London.

 

Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.

 

Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.

 

West Midlands, Staffordshire, Gloucestershire, Hereford & Worcester, Shropshire and Warwickshire.

 

That'd be Wales, then.

 

North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and Humberside.

 

Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cumbria and the Isle of Mann.
