Motivational and Trouble-shooting Team Days
Working with my husband Rod Bailey, we offer tailor-made team workshops which focus on the issues which you bring to us.  Whether you are looking for a team day to build on existing team strengths, or for an opportunity to address issues of identity, purpose, problem solving and prioritisation, conflict management, creative thinking, ... we will design an experiential learning event entirely built around your needs.  Contact us to find out more about how our experiential learning events can work for your team.

Community Education
Group workshops offer basic and progressive skill development as well as approaches to design and appreciation of the material.
I lead workshops for both adults and children with a wide range of needs and abilities.
My main channel for educational workshops currently is through Rufford Ceramic Centre.  I also self-manage projects for example, creating a pavement installation piece with users of the Nottinghamshire Hospice (2002-3 supported by the EU and Nottingham City Council).
I also offer drop-in workshops for all comers managed through Rufford, Next Stage, and independently.

Private Tuition
I offer intensive one-to-one workshop skills tuition in courses tailor-made to the needs of the student, whether working on basic skills with a beginner or polishing more advanced skills and trouble-shooting with more practiced students.
I also offer occasional focused courses and weekend workshops with small groups.

I offer talks, slides and demo’s on the subject of my work, of single firing and of wider potting skills:
