The no 11 bus runs a frequent service from town and will drop you on Trent Boulevard close to either of the roads on which our starts can be found.  Visitors coming to Nottingham by train can catch the no 11 very close to the station.  View Nottingham City Transport website.

 

To reach Lady Bay from Trent Bridge (leaving the City) turn immediately left at the traffic lights (the famous Trent Bridge Inn on corner facing you) following the sign to 'Grantham' and 'National Water Sports Centre'. This is Radcliffe Rd (A6011) which takes you between Trent Bridge Cricket Ground (on your right) and Nottingham Forest Football ground (on your left). You will shortly pass a MacDonalds on your left and at the next traffic lights you take the road at '11 o'clock' (signed 'Lady Bay Area' and with large heron figures standing either side of the road) ... this is Trent Boulevard which is the spinal road running through Lady Bay.

 

If you need to come to the event by car, please bear in mind that Lady Bay is a residential area and park with consideration; it may not always be possible to park near to the start points.
