The Open Studios event was a great success.  Having learnt our lessons in promotion from previous less-than-satisfactory turnouts, this time we did a marketing blitz and got the crowds in - especially on the Friday evening when the event, meant to finish at 9pm, carried on in party-mode until after midnight, with eager punters popping across to the nearby off-licence to replenish our dwindling stocks of wine and snacks for us!

 

The Saturday was a little more sedate (as is usual) and allowed us to nurse our hangovers in relative tranquility while visitors took a pleasant stroll round the artwork.
