Egerton Studio Group is one of the most vibrant, exciting and active studio groups in Nottingham. It also includes the Goldfactory Research Space.

 

The resident artists regularly participate in local events and exhibitions, and work in a wide range of media and styles, producing challenging and intelligent contemporary artwork.

 

 

Egerton Studios are located on the top floor of the Oldknows building, overlooking the city centre. 2009 will be the 20th anniversary of the group who started in 1989.

 

This old factory building is also home to Can, Opus and Oldknows Studio Groups, as well as to a music recording studio, making it the unsurpassed centre for creativity and arts practice in the Nottingham area.
